Architecture, fine arts, and design under one roof—that’s the Young Art Exhibition POKOJE. This showcase features the work of students from art schools across the Czech Republic, as well as from Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary. Each year, it breathes new life into buildings in the center of Prague, where participants create unique, site-specific artistic projects. POKOJE is also a unique international gathering that fosters the exchange of ideas and approaches among emerging artists.

OPENCALL CONDITIONS:

• Only student collectives or entire studios are eligible to apply.  

!! Individual applications are not allowed, but collaborations across studios are permitted.!!

• Exhibiting studios will be selected based on submitted projects.
• Projects must reflect the theme of GROWTH.
• All alterations to the space must be reversible, and applicants commit to restoring their room to its original state after the exhibition ends.

INFORMATION:

• The three rooms selected by the expert jury and the winners of the audience award will each receive a financial prize of 10,000 CZK.
• The selected projects will be announced by October 21, 2024, at the latest.
• Installation begins on November 1, 2024.
• Individual installations are not supervised, so we do not recommend using items of significant financial or personal value.
